Revell 1/32 El Salvadoran FG-1 Corsair.

The Revell kit, despite it's age, is pretty good. The fit is nice and it does include the option to fold the wings if you wish. Detail in the cockpit is a bit lacking, but you only see that if you look close enough!

The aircraft is one used in the 100 Hours, or more commonly known as the Soccer War between Honduras and El Salvador in 1969. It was the last air war fought with piston engined aircraft, Honduras flying Corsairs and El Salvador flying a mix of Mustangs and Corsairs. Surviving fighters on both sides continued to serve into the 1970's.

That looks very nice Blackhawk. The camo scheme is very interesting, different to anything else

Looks good. I love the camo schemes from this campaign. Nice to know the kit goes together easily too as I have one in the stash!
