Airfix 1/48 Defiant

Postby pacificmustang » Thu Mar 14, 2019 2:17 pm

G'Day All

Finished this about a month ago, which makes it the first for the year. I used master Model brass .303 barrels, barracuda wheels, eduard flaps and quick boost wheels.

A lovely kit to build, some details are a little simplified, but overall, not a detraction. I am loving these new Airfix kits. I just got my hands on the Hunter, so that too will get built shortly. The Blenheim looks really nice in the box too.

That’s just gorgeous in every way Bruce. The photography and overall setting really elevates what is an already supreme build.
Cheers and well modelled.. Dave
