Bruce's Build report 2018

Postby pacificmustang » Sun Dec 23, 2018 9:11 am

G'Day All
I finished off my Trumpeter Hellcat the other day, which brings to a close my 2018 year in modelling. I usually use this time to strip down all my tools, such as airbrushes etc and clean the bench ready for next year
So here are my builds in order of completion
Dragon 1/32 Bf109E3

Airfix 1/48 Walrus. I was enjoying this until I got to the rigging

HobbyBoss 1/48 F-14A Tomcat

Airfix 1/48 P-51D Mustang

Eduard 1/48 Spitfire HF VIII

Then another Hb 1/48 Tomcat

Trumpeter 1/32 Hellcat MkII

I also attended Model Expo, Illawarra and ScaleACT, catching up with many other modellers which to me is what its all about.
Hope everyone has a safe and Merry Xmas and New Year

That's a fine collection of work there Bruce...a year well spent I'd say!!

All the Best for Christmas and hope to catch up in the new year.

Woeful... both in quality and quantity :D

On reflection, 7 mostly large complicated subjects is pretty good. :D

Great work Bruce. The Walrus is my favourite.

Great to see you at the shows and and finally catch up for a drink!

Eric.
