Paint is looking good Andrew.

Any reason you left the speed brakes and nose off but put the gear on?

Andrew, you nailed paint job on this one my friend. Absolutely brilliant...

Looking forward to seeing the finished product. Keep up the great work.

Bruce, thanks on my 72 scale rendition - much appreciated.

Matt, waiting for your visit to give me some inspiration. Also got a few others in the queue. Cheers,

AGW..

Cheers Calum,

Yes, I left the nose off for ease of painting the fuselage and the airbrake decals will go down better with the film wrapping whilst off rather than on which is something I found with the 1/32 kit. The nose is having some minor works done to it whilst it is still off. The undercarriage will get painted with the bays.

Cheers Bruce. So, I've painted the silver into the wheel wells and airbrake wells although you won't see much in them. The rears of the correlating doors are also painted. The wheels are now on and she's sitting nicely. Now it's the small touch ups like gun ports and protective strips on the intakes that need to be done and it's time for glossing and decals.
